Children’s Talent Show Glasgow

Organised by Supermaths & BYITC ®

We are hosting a Children’s Talent Show in Glasgow which is open to everyone. Only Children are able to participate.

For the first time in Glasgow history we will be throwing a little talent show, where children of all ages will be able to strut their stuff. Strum their strings and tie their shoelaces as well as showcasing the revolutionary maths technique of Abacus.

It’s a sweet-natured show that’s sure to keep the kids going until School starts back.

Talent Show Venue and Time: 

  • Pollokshaws Burgh Halls, 2025 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow, G43 1NE.
  • 15th of October, 5pm to 9pm.

Auditions for Participants:

We cannot accept applications from children for our Children’s Talent Show in Glasgow. A parent or legal guardian must complete this application form. All personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

To participate you simply need to record a 1 minute video, accept our Terms and Conditions and then attach the video to the form below:

Please read our Terms and Conditions

1. One entry per performer

2. Acts must be safe and appropriate for family viewing. No profanity, sexual behaviour, nudity, violence, derogatory or offensive language.

3. All acts must be safe, must not involve fire or risk of injury to performers.

4. Acts will have a 5 minute time limit. This must include setting up and clearing the stage of any props used.

5. Acts must provide their own props.

6. Any acts requiring backing tracks/music will be required to bring a compact disc /MP3 player on the day containing the required tracks.

7. The event organisers have the right to not accept an application, cancel or restrict a performance, even if it doesn’t violate a rule.

8. The judges decision is final. The decisions made by the judges or events management are not subject to complaint or alteration.

9. There will be a £10 entry fee for all participants/acts, this will be used to cover all costs of event.

10. The closing date for applications is the Monday 4 days before the each event.

11. The winner will be notified on the day of the competition. The winner will be given a gold 1st place.

12. The 2nd place, 3rd place and Runners up will all receive appropriate trophies and medals.

13. Relatives of the judging panel or organisers are not permitted to enter the competition.

14. Any performer’s under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to take part.

15. It is expected that the event will attract media and public interest, which may involve photography and video. By entering the contest you are consenting to such publicity.

16. If an Act is successful, you will be notified/contacted by email or phone. A successful act will act receive 2 free for family and friends.

17. The courts of Scotland shall have sole jurisdiction in relation to the terms and conditions of the agreement contained in this release which shall be interpreted according to the laws of Scotland.
