Inspire Awards 2024
- Building on the overwhelming success of its inaugural event, BYITC elevated the Inspire Awards to new heights this year.
- Inspire Awards ceremony took place at the British Parliament in London, with endorsements from the likes of MP Afzal Khan CBE and Lord Wajid Khan.
- Among thousands of nominations, 28 winners were celebrated for their outstanding achievements. With a grander platform, prestigious venue, and esteemed judges and supporters, BYITC, bolstered by the undying support of students, parents, and well-wishers, has significantly advanced this initiative.
- The mission remains steadfast: to encourage young individuals from various fields to excel in their chosen endeavours. Recognising and celebrating their accomplishments is crucial, as they represent the future of the nation.

Creative Writing Masterclass (16th February 2024)

All Abacus Level Completion Ceremony

Time: 3 PM - 4:30 PM- We proudly announced the names of the super champs who successfully completed all levels of Abacus Mental Maths.
- Achieving this milestone was challenging, with increasing difficulty and obstacles at each level.
- We awarded these deserving children for their remarkable achievement in our grand event.
- Trophies awaited the deserving candidates, and we honored their awe-inspiring hard work and consistent determination.
- The glittering ceremony took place in Glasgow.
- Children were awarded by honorary MSP Anas Sarwar and the Labour Party Leader of Scotland.
- These children demonstrated immense regularity during Covid times.
- They emerged stronger, sharper, and brighter despite the challenges.
Coding Summer Carnival ( July 2023)
- We hosted the Coding Summer Carnival, an event designed to unleash participants’ coding potential.
- The carnival featured expert-led masterclasses, exciting coding competitions, and engaging quizzes.
- Attendees had the opportunity to work on hands-on fun projects.
- The highlight was a chance to win an amazing Smartwatch.

The event included two main sessions:
- 1.5-hour Master Class
- 1-hour Competition (Quiz + Games)
- During the masterclasses, students learned the basics of coding, covering topics such as variables, functions, and loops.
- They were also taught how to utilize the Scratch programming language to develop their own games.
- Supplementary study materials were provided to facilitate learning beyond the class.
- As a result of our masterclasses, students were able to create their own games from scratch.
- Aarush Naik emerged as the champion of Coding Carnival.
- His impressive victory showcased his exceptional coding skills and determination.
- The Coding Carnival included a masterclass, where Aarush honed his coding abilities even further.

Inspire Awards 2023 – 6th June 23
- The Inspire Awards, conceptualised by Dr. Rashmi Mantri as part of a CSR initiative by BYITC, aim to provide a platform for youth to showcase their unique talents and accomplishments across various fields. The inaugural Inspire Awards were held at the Scottish Parliament, where 38 deserving candidates were honoured amidst much celebration. The gala evening was attended by numerous renowned personalities from various sectors, including MSP Anas Sarwar. The event was supported and endorsed by prominent figures from the industry. The star–studded celebration witnessed some exceptional achievements, outstanding contributions and exceptional talents displayed by our young achievers in various fields. Inspire Awards was widely covered by leading media houses and by far is the biggest talent show in UK.

Mental Maths Olympiad
- BYITC Supermaths organized an International Mental Maths Olympiad for students aged 4 to 14.
- Participants won exciting rewards and certificates.
- The event took place between 15th January and 15th February 2023.
- Rewards included a Tablet Device for 1st place, a Colour Desktop Printer for 2nd, and Bluetooth Headphones for 3rd, with certificates for all participants.
Britain’S First National Abacus Maths Challenge
- BYITC Supermaths organised “Britain’s First National Abacus Maths Challenge '' on Sunday, 13th Feb 2022 in Glasgow.
- We were the first one to organise the Abacus Maths Challenge at the SCOTLAND LEVEL, and now we are organising it at the National level - THE BRITAIN’S FIRST NATIONAL LEVEL ABACUS MATHS CHALLENGE IN GLASGOW.
Scottish Maths Week with Abacus Maths Challenge
- We celebrated Scottish Maths Week with the Abacus Maths Challenge, bringing together students from the UK and worldwide.
- Held from 25th September to 3rd October 2023, the event evaluated children's maths performance and confidence, showcasing the effectiveness of the Abacus method.
- It was a fantastic way to start the new school year, boosting academic focus and celebrating students' accomplishments.
- Congratulations to all participants and award winners for their tremendous efforts and achievements!
International Mental Maths Olympiad
- BYITC Supermaths organized an International Mental Maths Olympiad for students aged 4 to 14 years.
- The Olympiad, conducted 100% online via BYITC's Abacus learning software, featured a proctored test format with video and audio recording for fairness.
- Participants showcased their maths skills, enjoyed a live scoreboard of rankings, and competed for attractive rewards.
ABACUS Maths Challenge : Winter
- Dr. Charan Gill (MBE) and founder of Ashoka Group of Restaurants as our honorary chief guest presented awards and trophies to our young achievers.
- TWith a total of 11 groups, awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places were given to each group. congratulations to Shona Rajsee Saraf, who was the super winner across all groups.
ABACUS Maths Challenge : Summer
- Abacus Maths Challenge organised by BYITC.
- All the participants recieved certificated and medals for performing extremely well.
Maths Championship Award
- Date– The ceremony was conducted on 19th Feb, 2022 in Edinburgh, UK
- Chief guest – Shri Satya Veer Singh (Consul to Edinburgh), Consulate General of India, UK has given away all the prices of Abacus Maths Championships awards.
- This ceremony was organised as outstanding work done by the children during the pandemic’s unprecedented times. Students who have completed all the Abacus Maths levels from the BYITC Supermaths.
